Knowledgeable course providing important information around all aspects of customer service.

A good experience over all

The venue was unnecessarily cold and the people inside were sometimes shivering a bit in the classroom.

It is a lovely venue , the only complaint would be , the room was cold.

Good but i got distracted alot by a group next door to us.

Really loved being here learning new skills while interacting with the group.
