Yes I enjoyed the course

It was really a good course. I learned alot about customer service. It was my first time learning these things and it was sort of fun , especially tutor was quiet helpful which made everything much easy.

A good experience over all

The venue was unnecessarily cold and the people inside were sometimes shivering a bit in the classroom.

It is a lovely venue , the only complaint would be , the room was cold.
