great course and helped build on my current knowledge

An excellent programme covering various mental health concenrs we lmight see. As a result i feel i am better placed to notice the signs and deal with a colleague friends or family member with mental health concerns. Would recommend this to others, liked being in a small team undertaking this course we could really share our experiences and thoughts

I found Steve to be very engaging. He use of his own personal stories made the course very real. Steve's sense of humour made this course very enjoyable as the subject matter is intense.
