Learnt a lot, and would feel more confident in approaching a colleague, friend or a stranger if i thought that they needed help.

My only suggestion is that I found it a bit confusing to find the link for the 2nd session.

Great course and course leader! very easy to be open and honest in discussions, and when asking questions. Instructor was very experienced with a huge amount of knowledge to share, felt we were in very safe hands, and learned a lot. Thank you.
