Enjoyed, good discussions, good pace.

My only suggestion for improving the course would be to start with a simple check in for everyone, and perhaps a breathing / mindfulness exercise to help centre people before the start of the course. I would allow people to enter the course more focused and prepared.

I thought the course was brilliant overall, very interactive with a mix of content. I now feel confident to help others with mental health first aid.

Having the chance to work with others in the course to work through the scenarios really helped my own understanding of how to approach certain situations. It was great to also listen to others and their experience of how they would approach situations, as well as their understanding of the course material.

Thank you so much Belinda for such an interesting and informative course. Your enthusiasm when talking about ‘general’ things made talking about the more serious, ‘heavier’ topics, less daunting. You don’t know just how grateful I am as a person to now have these skills. I have, and will be using them to the best of my ability. Thank you, thank you!

This is genuinely the most useful course that I have attended with learning for both inside and outside of the workplace. Thank you Andrew for improving both my knowledge and confidence around discussing mental health first aid.
