Great course teachers Answered all question with responses that challenged my way of thinking Gave me great feedback on answers and gave me time to have my say on mental health first aid

The session was extremely informative and gave really life examples of situation with Steve having lots of lived experience he could share which was invaluable to the learning experience.

Michelle is an exceptional teacher, very patient, although I'm quite shy in groups I didn't feel pressure to speak all of the time but just listen . My sincere Thanks to Michelle and all that put the training together

Both Helena and Jordan was very informative, well presented and great opportunities to have discussion in small group but also the main room. I feel much more confident in having conversations around mental health and suicide.

I feel so much more confident after going on this course. They should make a shortened version of this and make it mandatory for all staff. There was a lot of things i did not know and just assumed so was great in providing clarity. Course instructors were knowledgable and considerate of others.
