Invaluable course, teaches you so much as well as giving confidence and the correct knowledge for carrying out mhfa.

This course was clear, concise, welcoming and very informative. The trainers, were knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly and it felt as if you could talk to them if it was required. All round a good experience

A well thought-out course with all the basic requirements needed to help and support someone needing mental health fist aid.

Very informative course, I feel my knowledge on mental health is great. Lovely instructors, very friendly, stopped to ask if we understood at every step, willing to go over subjects.

This was a very good course which was delivered well. I liked the engagement from everyone that attended and how we discussed different situations and how we would approach the situation.

Excellent discussions/scenarios provided by both instructors, very thought provoking. Both instructors ran the sessions very well and were able to answer any questions asked.

I enjoyed the course and feel more confident about the subjects discussed and supporting a person in need. The course has made me think about self care and ensuring I look after my own mental health. I understand that early intervention is key to mental health support and will not walk away from any crisis situation. Thank you Lisa and Rebecca for delivering a great course.
