has been really useful course. I have learnt a lot and will find the manual really useful going forward. Lots to take in and the modular approach and two online workshops works really well.

I have enjoyed the course very much, it has made me realise how little I knew about mental health strategies. I feel better equipped to be the first port of call in a crisis, and I am glad I have had the opportunity to do this course.

Very good course. The webinars and discussion groups were helpful. The videos were well chosen. I found I learnt more from the videos than the handbook, because the impact of the videos was greater.

Course very well run and organised. Good resources, good use of BO rooms for group discussions.

Great course!

Overall it was an enjoyable course and I did learn a lot. The trainer was knowledgeable. The online version of the manual is too small to read, I assume this is so we will buy one. It would be better in the in person course if people were asked to use the hands up icon to answer any questions as people end up talking over each other. I couple of times I went to answer and people were already talking. Using this icon means people will be answered in order. Found it a little repetitive at times. I would however still recommend the training.

A very good course - David kept us all engaged around some difficult subjects. I will be recommending this to many more colleagues of mine. Thanks.
