Informative instructors and excellent knowledge within the field of Mental Health - I feel more prepared to deal with crisis at work but also in my personal life with family members. I had no issues accessing the course and coursework before hand - instructors were adaptable and changed delivery method due to issues the rest of the team were having.

Found the Course very useful, have completed before in a Classroom Environment which I found more Productive.

I enjoyed the course and feel better prepared to deal with participants who have mental health or substance misuse issues.

Fantastic course really engaging and brutally honest. Really opened my eyes to the issues discussed and made me more self aware. Has given me the tools to assist if someone needs support both in the workplace and beyond. Katie and Beth have been fantastic mentors in delivering this sensitive program.
