Excellent course. Very well laid out and organised. Really clear instructions and communication from the instructors. Very open to discussions and clear, helpful responses. Well timed and delivered. Allowed for a good amount of participation along with a manageable amount of information. The instructors were very welcoming, set clear boundaries for the group and allowed for a great discussion. The discussions and exercises completed during the training were informative and useful. Using scenarios that could happen to anyone was extremely useful.

A really valuable course, and everyone should be encouraged to gain this insight into mental health and wellbeing

Bethan was a thoughtful and knowledgeable facilitator, who led this informative course really well. The material was thought provoking and gave me chance to wrestle with different scenarios I may encounter in a supportive group setting. I think a version MHFA should become part of the curriculum. If more people were armed with this knowledge, there would be a greater confidence to help people and stigma around mental health would decrease. Thank you, Bethan

Ellender and Elin were absolutely amazing. each webinar was not only fun but extremely informative and easy to follow. everything was explained in such a way that it made the whole 6 hours fly by. I've come away with so much more knowledge not only to help others but I'm more able to help myself. So i just wish to once again give a massive thank you to Ellender and Elin they truly are a credit to this course.

Extremely good course which I would recommend for everyone to complete. Elin and Ellender made me feel at ease and had good variety of teaching styles (PowerPoint, videos, scenarios etc). It was a lot of information to try and fit into 2x three hour webinars however I don’t feel like anything was left out due to the limited amount of time we had.
