Fantastic facilitators. They both made the course so enjoyable and supported us all with a caring and mindful attitude. I feel so much more confident to be able to support anybody needing MHFA thanks to the facilitators.

I am just disappointed that there is no opportunity to give the two Hannah's 10 stars out of 5 You definitely deserve it. But there again everyone deserves 10 stars out of 5 for getting this far.

My only suggestion for improving the course would be to start with a simple check in for everyone, and perhaps a breathing / mindfulness exercise to help centre people before the start of the course. I would allow people to enter the course more focused and prepared.
