Fantastic resource and certification. The emphasis on real-life situations was particularly helpful. As an MSc student, I found I had theoretical knowledge but the application was lacking before the sessions. I will be putting the ALGEE framework into practice and working to better my interpersonal skills to make use of the practical knowledge. On occasion, I found that maintaining my concentration was difficult due to the length of each session. But due to the limitations around work commitments, I believe this is a minor issue. And the course handbook mitigated this issue between sessions.

The course was very informative and insightful and delivered professionally with plenty of opportunities to engage. I would highly recommend the course to anyone.

Really good, exceeded my expectations as I have done some awful mental health courses over the years. Well delivered, good content, managed technology well and brought the best out of participants.

Excellent course and delivery A couple of the exercises were a bit obvious, or difficult to complete e.g. when you are doing the 2nd half of the ALGEE model.

This is a very good course, the content is really useful and helps prepare for real life situations.

Great insight to my own misconceptions of mental health issues. Brilliant opportunity to expand awareness and get the explanations from a professional.

Although the subject matter can be upsetting, I really enjoyed the course. The 2 seminars and the modules in between were well prepared and I didn't struggle too much to find time to do them. My only only slight niggle was that it was difficult to read all pages of the manual on screen as moving the page up and down to read it when enlarged was not easy. I need to enlarge fonts to read and lost bits of the middle of the page by doing so.

I felt Andrew was highly knowledgeable and delivered an interesting training session. He kept us engaged through out each session. I enjoyed the break out room discussions as well as group discussions. I will take away lots of advice and can apply this to my practice. This has more than met my expectations.
