The pre modules and the webinars were very repetitive. More role play for the webinars may have been more useful as manager to set the online modules into practice
The slides and videos in the TEAMS training were a repetition of the on-line training. I understand the reason of reinforcement of information but duplication is more likely to put people off.
Really great, insightful course that i'll use in my day to day life - at home and at work. Layla was fantastic trainer who really brought the subject to life with professionalism and sensitivity. One short 'crib sheet' of links to the main support resources and organisations would be really helpful
Very useful course, especially to listen to Layla bringing her experience on situations, very practical and realistic, giving us confidence to use the tools. The 4 is slightly off 5 because the materials could be easier to use in practice, particularly the manual.
Very informative course, Rachel was very knowledgeable and explained everything in depth with asking us if we understand and answering any questions that we have
Very informative course with good content and well presented modules and delivered excellently by the course tutor Rachele
could not have asked for a better teacher in Rachele , very clear information provided and will be sending all my managers on this course , thank you Rachele.
Very informative and excellent access to resources Feel confident now to support and help any colleagues, family and friends who may be struggling with Mental Health issues
really enjoyed the course, felt it was very beneficial
I now see MHFA as I do general first aid and there is a need for it so I appreciate having the opportunity to do this course. I found the videos and the real-life scenarios and discussions useful. The online module content is good and the live sessions really help to consolidate.
