The instructor knew his subject instructing with a passion that only a knowledgable person could do. There were no awkward silences and due to his mannerisms the course waa made even more interesting and the time flew by.

This was my first ever webinar, so I was a little anxious to be honest, but Ellender was a brilliant instructor and I really enjoyed the course and the interaction with the other participants.

really informative just wish my mic and video worked as I felt a bit isolated.

Most enjoyable on line course. Course material extensive and easy to navigate different modules with relevant questions and videos to gauge understanding. I particularly enjoyed the interactive Webinar sessions that provided different perspectives to scenarios given real life experiences of the group. Couse instructor was very effective in providing an overarching view of mental health conditions across the whole range of symptoms.

A very useful course which was very well presented by both Laura and Kim. Completing the workbook before each session was great to give you an insight to each topic which helped and encouraged good discussions within the group. Excellent course and content. Thank you for allowing me to attend, I will find this knowledge useful in future I'm sure.

Only issue was not being able to play videos on the Webinars (NHS PC issue). Otherwise, the course was very insightful and believe everyone should go on this at some point.

The course content was excellent. Covered an excellent range of mental health awareness and provided suitable examples on how to deal with certain situations we may be faced with. It’s giving me the tools to recognise mental health better and encourage people to ask for help when they need it
