Laura and Emma were excellent instructors, engaging the participants and explaining the course content extremely well, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of every participant. They were knowledgeable and encouraging. It was clear that all participants were motivated to learn and understand and to use the knowledge gained to help their colleagues and others. I feel much better equipped to face situations where a person might need help and/or support in managing their mental health and am glad to be a part of this endeavour by CTM to help people maintain their mental wellbeing.
Both Hannah and Lorissa were excellent and I felt well supported throughout the course. I felt valued for my contributions and and felt both were very considerate to all individuals. Lorissa's wider knowledge was incredible. All videos, case studies etc were realistic and pertinent.

Done this course in classrooms 4 years ago but much more confident doing a course over zoom than face to face
Great course, Run really well by Rachele and gave everyone involved the time and help when needed, Good interaction with others on the course in the breakout rooms helped meet new people and share views on the modules etc.
