A really useful course giving practical advice and support to practitioners. Jane was an excellent instructor and encouraged discussion within each topic. I think that the course will benefit me in my role and I will have a better understanding of the needs of my clients that I support.

The course/ training gave me a good grounding of most commonly diagnosed mental health conditions, it was also very eye-opening regarding the importance of self-care. Thank you.

I found this course to be extremely useful and thorough. The content was relevant and insightful and taught me how to effectively handle situations i may have struggled to handle correctly before this training. The instructors were very knowledgeable and encouraged us to think independently and share our insights and experiences, whilst also guiding us to efficient ways to handle any mental health crisis. I would recommend this course to anyone who is considering a future in any mental health and wellbeing position.

I found this course very interesting and informative and feel that I could support someone with mental health issues and if I am unable to help know where to steer the person in the right direction for them to get help
