A very interesting course with excellent course content. Each subject very well covered. I liked that we did the modules first and then went over it all in the webinar, it reinforced my learning and any areas I wasn't clear on I could ask questions. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to do the MHFA course.

Found the course to be very informative. It has defiantly given me more confidence to approach a person in crisis and and feel I would be able to help and keep them safe. It’s been a good reminder to take care of yourself during and after such a situation. Both instructors were open and clear in their discussions making it engaging.

Instructor was very helpful and knowledgable, friendly and made me feel at ease through the course. She helped me engage more than i thought i would initially. Excellent course
