This was an excellent course and gave valuable insight into supporting colleagues who may have mental health issues. i feel more confident in offering and giving support and the strategies I need to be effective and helpful.

I have enjoyed the course, however, I did expect a bit more from the webinars by way of confirming understanding as these just appeared to repeat the online modules completed with some group work.

Good course content. David is very approachable and has a relaxed matter of fact demeanour, this helped put the group at ease making it easier to absorb course content and to break down barriers during group exercises. I enjoyed the course and learnt a lot in the process.

David was a fantastic tutor. Very knowledgable but also warm and friendly. I enjoyed his insights and his stories and personal expereinces really helped to bring life to the content. I really enjoyed the course and thought that the e-learning and resources were excellent. I feel much better prepared to support someone with a mental health issue now. Diolch yn fawr iawn

Was so interesting and a real eye opener
