Fab course, learnt alot

really good course. well presented and clear.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and learning more in depth about mental health and touching base on drug and alcohol misuse.

Excellent training delivered by Donna and Carol. Very informative and gained a lot of knowledge. Great tools to use and learn from.

I really enjoyed the course, it was really informative. I really liked the e learning, it meant I could process what I had read before the course & that it will be available to refer back to whenever I might need it. KK & Ann-Marie were extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to & to ask questions.

The course is very well structured and is good not only to give Mental Health First Aid, but ourselves as well.

The breakout sessions on the first day didn't need to be 10 minutes long, there were periods of silence at towards the end of the period. This may be due to smaller number of people in the room to participate to the conversation.
