Practical scenario work and repeated use of the ALGEE framework help attendees translate mental health first-aid principles into calm, supportive action. They value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create safe, inclusive discussions, maintain a clear pace and encourage learning from peers. The blended modules, videos, handbook and breakout exercises build understanding and confidence that transfers to work and personal situations, although some find the online manual awkward to navigate.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course which will benefit myself to deal with any mental health issues. Bobbie was an excellent tutor and made the course easy to understand. The breakout rooms were vital to have discussions and listen to other ppls thoughts and comments. Would recommend this course and I think everyone should have the opportunity to attend
