Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Easy to follow and well thought out. The whole group was willing to add their ideas and willing to listen to others. It was a great opportunity for me, to put faces to names. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this course.I feel it has educated me further with understanding mental health and being more confident when being in a situation with someone in crisis. Thank you for conducting such a great course. I am not normally this confident this quickly with people that I don't know but the tutors approach to managing expectations and relaxed way she gauged her audience worked soooo well. It was good to hear other people's perspectives in the discussion groups. This lead to a few light-bulb moments for me. A big THANK YOU
