Emma Treby was so lovely, answered all questions happily and with lots of information. I really enjoyed this session, and I’m really impressed with Emma’s extensive knowledge. Learnt so much, definitely going to try lots , less tea, turn off tv and mobile read before bed, stretch and walk more. Found it very interesting and recognising my ex partners sleep issues and problems he had in the daytime.
