This was an excellent course run by Claire, who took time to discuss any details the we "didn't get". It was a fun course with plenty to do and found it to be engaging at all times.

I am really enjoying this training. in Month 11 of my first year in management, I feel that the topics are relevant to what I go though on a day to day basis. My only comment is that I wish there was more participation from the rest of the group, which is at no fault to the trainer or the course.
