Very good session, content shared has and will be applicable in my current and future roles. Lot's of positive takeaways particularly around "relationships" understanding individual's skillset and what they can bring to the team. Look forward to the next session!

I am really enjoying this training. in Month 11 of my first year in management, I feel that the topics are relevant to what I go though on a day to day basis. My only comment is that I wish there was more participation from the rest of the group, which is at no fault to the trainer or the course.
