I think the course was really helpful at getting people to think outside of the box. I for example would consider myself a nice person to work with but I recognise there are things I can improve on to contribute to the overall improvement to the culture of the company.

the course was insightful. It was good to learn that not all the information was new to me, but it delved into some of the nuances and intricacies that aren't always as obvious

What I found really powerful was when Sam listed three words (from the survey) i.e. cliquey , excluded to set the tone. As as business we need to do more around providing resources/training/signposting for bias training, conflict etc

Good information that I do not always think about so will definitely pause for thought and think about how my reactions could upset others. Be more respectful to others in the workplace, listen more.
