I liked that I didnt feel singled out, never had to speak to the group on my own which is my worst fear. Very helpful and has absolutely developed my skills
I feel like I can use all of the techniques taught for any situation I am in and adapt these techniques. I feel much more prepared for tackling difficult conversations and preparing to manage up, and overall making the team and myself better so I can support them with what they need.
Very enjoyable learn alot and brought me out my comfort zone.

The course was fantastic. I feel it has really helped me understand the role I am in and gave a lot of practical knowledge which will help me carry out my job more effectively to manage and lead my team going forward. Claire really delivered this in an extremely fun and interesting way. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
