Best training course I’ve been on. The variation between theory and practice sessions in our little groups kept me engaged and helped put things into context. Clare is very good at getting everyone involved in the discussions and making the group feel comfortable

Mike is a very engaging trainer, probably the best I’ve had. The content was excellent, relevant and broad and he got me thinking of elements I hadn’t considered before.
I found the course very valuable and applicable to my role. Lots to cover and perhaps more time needed to dive into some of the subjects, especially the delegation one that was left to the very end of the session. Thank you!!

Prefer if we had power point hand outs prior to session
