Really enjoyable and useful course. The structure was great. Lots of participation and break out session to keep things interesting. Lots of skills learned that I’ll definitely use in my job.
This is something I’d recommend any potential leader to come on, and actually even if you aren’t looking at going into leadership there are life skills to be learnt on these days which I will use in the workplace but also outside of work in family life - I have never got so much out of a training course and I have worked in my industry as a leader for 7 years , I also work in the training field and can honestly say that I’m envious of how effortless Claire makes it look - and I understand how much work this must take Thank you and well done to all involved
Really great course. Clare was brilliant. Kept us all engaged. The way she embedded the learning by revising at the start of the sessions and using the tool we’d learned in role play really helped retain all the info.
Thoroughly enjoyed the entirety of the course and I feel I've learnt a lot that I can use in my day to day basis at work aswell as being able to deal with the people side of things a lot better.

The course has given me a lot of theory and subjects to think about. All relevant to my job and will hopefully help me improve over time. Claire is an excellent trainer who really makes the theory come to life and keeps the group engaged
Claire knows her stuff and makes the content easy to learn and remember but also makes the sessions enjoyable.
