Kirstie was very welcoming and filled us in with all the changes. It was very useful to go over techniques and have clarification.

Good refresher course for the trainers with some useful ideas for making the delivery of the courses more interactive and better learning experiences.
It has been really good to get together and practice our skills to ensure that we are delivering the course correctly. I also liked sharing practice and being with other associates. Liam was not present which is why I have not scored him, Kirstie did a great job on her own and was our original tutor.

Was really helpful to run through the physical skills again as someone who's not delivered as many courses as other trainers. Thanks Andy for a great refresher.
incredible refresher, person centred towards everyone in the room and improved all our skills and knowledge on parts we all wanted and needed to go through. Physical skills taught amazingly and ensured all our skills where perfect while doing these, incredible recap on the level 3 skills, now have a clear knowledge on these which has boosted my confidence ! Amazing as always
