As always, the refresher is hugely valuable. Not only was the content great, but it’s also really helpful to share feedback and ideas with other associate trainers. Kirstie is knowledgable and delivered the training in an interesting and insightful way.

Very valuable refresher, very useful to review what was going well and what wasn't going so well. Sharing experiences with others was great, however it would have been useful to do some more practicals in smaller groups to further demonstrate physical skills.

Great refresher with Kirsty, it was good to learn a few new things like the baseline does not move it’s the levels or arousal that moves and for years I have been saying the baseline fluctuates throughout the day. Also nice to meet new people and see the different ways they teach.

It has been really beneficial to review the physical skills and I will be sure to take away additional tips relating to specific breakaways/RPIs. Great to reflect on what is working well and what isn’t and how we can address aspects of these moving forward. Kirstie has been very approachable, clear and enthusiastic throughout.

Excellent refresh on knowledge and good guidance on changes to course content and delivery. Positive feedback on AT feedback which increases AT confidence for forthcoming courses. Good to see Kirstie again, always an enthusiastic and confident trainer.

Kirstie provided an excellent refresher training course covering all the important teaching points and answering all of our questions. I found the conversations with others about the different settings we work in really interesting and helpful. It was useful to discuss some of the different activities we might use in training to illustrate the issues children we work with may face. Overall a great course. Thank you!

The course is really beneficial and I have taken away some key points when delivering the practical. Kirstie gave some good suggestions for tasks on refreshers and for Day 1 activities. Personally I would like to do more than a one day refresher as I think going over the theory more would be beneficial. I am confident in delivering practical aspects of the course. I would just like to go over more of the theory to be able to ensure that I am delivering it in the best way I can. I also spoke to Kirstie on the day about this.
