incredible refresher, person centred towards everyone in the room and improved all our skills and knowledge on parts we all wanted and needed to go through. Physical skills taught amazingly and ensured all our skills where perfect while doing these, incredible recap on the level 3 skills, now have a clear knowledge on these which has boosted my confidence ! Great refresher course. I feel I pick up more each year and has really helped me develop as a trainer. Liam and Kirstie were amazing and delivered the training in a very engaging way and helped develop my skills. Great training!

Liam was really welcoming on the course. He gives clear instructions and explains the different technique’s if needing more info. I felt really comfortable during the course and I was able to speak up if needing more help or support, due to Liam’s clear and confident teaching skills.
