Was really good to have open discussions with other delegates about what they are doing in their settings. Giving us fresh ideas on how to deliver different aspects of the course but also to discuss any problems we have had within the delivery. Both instructors were really supportive and listened to the needs of everyone.

Good refresher learnt a few new points to add in the theory and was good to refresh the Restrictive holds and breakaways and using the least restrictive options first
