Excellent refresher training today. Kirsty and Rachel made it interesting, reflective and appropriate to our learning needs.

Kirstie refreshed us on overall delivery of practical training delivery, she offered specific feedback and showed us techniques demonstration. Kirstie gave some specific techniques guidance on bespoke which in particular was better for the upper arm.

Well what do I say.It was another great refresher course. Kirsty was brilliant and also the other trainers.I picked up some great new information which is going to be implemented when I do my training.with a break away skill. so thankyou to you and it was great seeing Andy.
