I enjoyed it as it refreshed info i thought id remembered. Lis was really good and informative.

The delivery of the course was lovely and the trainers really got people engaged. The content all makes sense in theory but all of the holds assume that you are coming towards a young person from behind which does not reflect reality so it can be difficult to imagine in a real life setting.
