Very useful course when applied appropriately

It's good to have a refresher on this just in case we ever need it.

The trainer was amazing.. explaining everything and supportive. I believe that the training was important for me to be ready at school. Thanks

Kirstie Reynolds was an exceptional trainer and despite my resistance and occasional challenge she was upbeat, professional and an amazing trainer. I appreciate the fact that she was open to all questions, was very open and direct with the team, supportive and made me want to go through the training again. I feel the last training was okay but this one definitely resonated with me and was more effective. If I could give Kirstie more than 5 stars I would.
