Once again very informative well delivered I enjoyed the refresher. I feel that it was beneficial however I do wish we got more refreshers throughout the year.Response : Hi Ben. It was better having physical activity first because it go us awake and engaged and relaxed with each other breaking tension. Liam was very informative and knowledgeable easy to understand and clear with instruction
