Excellent session. Liked the refresher of the distraction and deescalation skills. Will use some of the phrases. Reinforced my current practice. The refresher of the restraints was valuable particularly the leg holds.

Response: Thank you, Andrew. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the refresher reinforced your current practice and provided valuable learning. It’s great to know the session supported your understanding of primary strategies, including distraction and de-escalation, and reinforced that restrictive physical interventions should only ever be used as a last resort.

Very clear and engaging, and smart ways to remember techniques, great training!
