Thanks Ria really enjoyed , better not doing small group work and then presenting back, it was better sticking in one group I found that much more engaging than doing small group work. Very informative and feel confident as ever to use the breakaway and restraint techniques if I ever need to .
Due to heat we did the practical physical training in the AM.enjoyed this so much more than doing after dinner as always feel tired in the afternoon.
