Really good to have a refresher as they can sometimes can forgotten if not used much. Lots of practical activity to join in and engage.

This training was very good I learnt a lot to say I don’t use the restraint training that much it was nice to get a refresher linsey was very good at explaining everything and showing the right way of doing this

learning my level 3 pbs refresher with Lindsay ward was very interesting even though we don’t really use it she made it fun and good understanding from her
