Very good refresher training. Katie & Georgie, were very engaging, and open to discussions regarding PBS, Arousals, restraints and our young person, making the training very person centred.

Really really good. This is the best training i have recieved at Horizon since being here for 2 years. Its really nice to to have someone that actually works in the same area, so he understands our challenges more.
