RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,163 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

The course was well put together and Laura involved us and made it really interesting and interactive. I have learnt a lot and ready to take on a challenge should it present itself. Thanks again Laura!

The course is quite detailed and presents current practises and regulations both on safety and legislations. Roger and Tony are indeed wonderful trainers. They are down to earth, takes patients with all participants and ensures that all comes to level of understanding of the corse. Their style of simple presentation and explanations makes the most complex to look easy and comprehensible. The course content is so reach and the material is well arranged, easy and clear to read.

Having trained as SIA licensed Door Supervisor, and having received series of trainings in line of my duty in different work places. I can say categorically that this course though looked peculiar to the care service but could be adopted at all security outlets because it is more safer and human dignity friendly. I believe I am a better security and ready for a customer friendly approach service.
