Very well presented, lots of information discussed in great detail, new information learned, great training over all :)

Course is full of very useful info and will help my practice The trainer is very engaging and ensures all participants are ok with techniques Would recommend course to colleagues

Was slightly lengthy, legislation etc was sometimes irrelevant to our service, some data etc was outdated. Very informative, trainers were very helpful and made this engaging

Thus course was very innovative and relevant to my role Ben was a great trainer Had brilliant ability to both teach us and it was engaging and fun The information did stick

Level 2. Excellent course. I was nervous initially but was instantly set an ease and laughing. Feel so confident in my skills working with young people, preventing, deescalating, and responding to danger. Ben was/is amazing, has inspired me and identified my strengths. Life changing and so Empathetic.

Good mix of theory and practical. Very interactive session. Very relaxed

Liam has done a good job by teaching us different practice sessions to break up safely, I recommend this course to everyone ,really enjoyed
