Third time on this course and found it most useful to have a refresher of both theory and practical.
The course was very insightful, detailed and well delivered, Liam who did the training was amazing, he was very clear, ensuring everyone was included and comfortable!
Overall I took in infomation and all was taught carefully making sure I understood
It was a great course, really informative and well led. Liam opened up the course really well so it started positively which you could tell really engaged everyone in the room. I personally have ADHD so classroom style for hours on end doesn’t work well for me - Liam could totally read that and switched up tiny little details, which made it a more enjoyable day and I felt like I took a lot more in. The workbooks were great, and the idea of having it to take away with all the information I need is fab! One negative is probably the practical skills being in the afternoon - the theory is quite long and definitely mentally tiring in moments. I do completely appreciate its importance though and it was really lovely to be taught by someone who clearly felt passionately about the course, however the theory followed by lots of difficult practical was a lot (for someone who’s never seen or heard of these before this course) - is there a way of perhaps combining the two? Altogether I would do it again happily, and value its importance!
Response: Thank you, Maisie. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear Liam’s approach supported a positive and engaging learning environment, including adapting the session to support different learning needs. It’s also great to know the workbook was a useful resource. We value your comments regarding the structure and balance of the day. The course timings and delivery are set in line with current RRN training standards, and your feedback will be taken into consideration as part of ongoing review.
