Very interactive and the trainer was very supportive in showing what a realistic amount strength that we may have to deal with so we can see how much strength was required. Makes me feels more confident for if I was in the real situation.Response : Thank you for your comments! The course enlightened me and made me understand about behaviours of concern among the service users it also opened my eyes to the use of restraint. Absolutely brilliant course learned alot Scott definitely knows what he's talking about and delivered the course so well no one got chance to get bored on any part the breakaway and hold techniques Scott went onto in detail and made sure everyone knew what was happening and how to actually use these and when A++++Response : Thank you for such fantastic feedback!
