The trainer was exceptional as he went through the practices several times. Materials to assess whenever needed would be appreciated. I feel more confident than ever working as a support worker.

Extremely informative course. Allowing me to support my residents better using primary and secondary control measures. As well as tertiary control measures. Harry was very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my silly questions. Patient and understanding when teaching the breakaway techniques and restrictive maneuversResponse : Helllo Chandler, thank you for the lovely feedback on the course and we don't ever think there is such a thing as a silly question on our courses! We will let Harry know how well he is doing!
