As I am a neuro nurse I got to deal with lots aggressive patients and this course was amazingly helpful and I learned a lot of tricks to deal with this kind of patients

Very usefull. Got more confidence in handling aggressive patients without hurting them and moreover a self safety

Aleksandra was brilliant, she explained all aspect in great detail and always on hand to help if anyone struggled to understand any parts of the course. Aleksandra is a very focused on delivering high standards of training and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
