HT was an excellent trainer and I learnt a lot and everything was relevant to my work place

Useful, open conversation - really helpful using specific situations and people to have realistic, contextual training. Booklet was clear and accessible. Personal engagement dipped when lots of info and less discussion points but overall very good (unavoidable delay in morning did make me colder/sleepier in morning too, can't be helped but future reference).

The course was facilitated by a friendly facilitator who engaged the trainees with various learning style. I found the content of the course very useful , It would be helpful if there was a short video with the PBS moves so that they can be practised .

I was really happy with the course instructor, he went out of his way to ensure we all understand the whys, how’s and do’s. I feel confident in any future incidents will have in education.
