Lucy's content delivery was excellent. She took the time to ensure everyone understood what was being taught and that different learning styles were catered for. Learning was not rushed and was set at the 'slowest' person in the class. It would be helpful if the book were the exact match to the slides in the presentation.

PBS 3 with Ben was excellent. He was welcoming and friendly, and made all the students feel comfortable by interacting with us and getting to know us. All the skills taught were individually assessed, and one-to-one feedback was provided.The informations and skills were relevant to my clinical area .

I found the techniques taught will be beneficial to my practice and I appreciated that Ben was willing to listen to the specific issues I was experiencing on my area and identfy techniqies and strategies that would directly help in my area, i feel more confident in my abilities gping forward.
