RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,141 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

We have learned a lot and is feeling comfortable on how to deal with situations that will come up anytime in the work setting, bearing in mind that restrictive interventions/restraints are the last resort to be used. It is very informative , it will guide us on what to do .Face to face training gave us a chance to share our views based on our experiences and judgement. Thank you for giving us this training
