Great course a good level pace to learn kept the course fun and professional I have learnt new skills and which is a positive reward to help and reduce the reduction of restraints with our young people and to provide a better quality of life with virtue health thank you ben and Sherwood training Ltd

I left the course with a much greater understanding of autism, challenging behaviour and how I can improve the service users life. It has also given me skills to de-escalate and manage challenging behaviour. I loved all Bens stories and training style.

It was great learning this great course. I was able to learn the primary intervention response, trauma informed care.These are to let me me know how service users can be triggered and how I can use primary interventions to act first. I also learnt about restraints and break away techniques and applying the law that governs it. I also learnt about restrictive and non restrictive strategies.

The trainer is absolutely brilliant. She really knows her stuff and I feel very confident in all she taught me.

I think the course was really good. I learnt so much and really useful information. Natalie was very good at explaining and didnt care how many time the question was asked she made sure everyone understood before she moved on to the next thing.
