Please add plenty of examples in booklet so we can revise it.

The content and trainer are fantastic. Kirstie has soo much energy and get the points across and the impotence of doing things right. Thank you soooo much.

I have enjoyed the course, the trainer Liam was very supportive and explained his reasoning for each position we were shown , overall very good training

Liam was a brilliant trainer, he was engaging, humorous and very knowledgeable. The course way beneficial, it gave me insight into PSB and the techniques of deescalation and restrictive practices. I’ve done a lot of training over the years and by far think this so is the best.

Trainer Liam has been absolutely amazing the course has been well structured, Liam was very engageable, even when people began to disassociate like myself he still had the decency to engage with me and I’ve never had that before, I would gladly have another training session with him.

The training material was very detailed and the booklet to go along side the course will support my practice and my supervision of the team. Future PBSP’s and risk assessments will be tailored and implemented in future support plans for the young people
