I feel like I have a comprehensive understanding of children's behaviour and how children work up to the challenging behaviour they present when upset. I preferred the practical side, however this was a personal preference and not the fault of delivery. Delivery was very engaging with the constant use of real life situations and examples

Really enjoyed the course over the 3 days, and I have gained more knowledge about how to properly carry out a RPI and breakaway. Both Georgie and Katie were really knowledgeable and explained each of the breakaways and RPIs step by step which was really helpful.
