The PBS. Was really great because it broadened by knowledge to know few things i didn't know about support work, with this course i could be able to know * Errors of thinking * Arousal model * Function of behaviour * Primary interventions * Response * Trauma informed care * Restraint * Breakaway techniques * Law applies to PBS * Non restrictive strategies * Restrictive strategies * Factors influences behaviour.

It was great learning this great course. I was able to learn the primary intervention response, trauma informed care.These are to let me me know how service users can be triggered and how I can use primary interventions to act first. I also learnt about restraints and break away techniques and applying the law that governs it. I also learnt about restrictive and non restrictive strategies.

The trainer is absolutely brilliant. She really knows her stuff and I feel very confident in all she taught me.

I think the course was really good. I learnt so much and really useful information. Natalie was very good at explaining and didnt care how many time the question was asked she made sure everyone understood before she moved on to the next thing.

Really enjoyed the course. Liam was a great trainer.

Most importantly, when a patient says 'i can't breathe ' let go immediately. Use the least restrictive method.
