Provided exactly what I needed to know and gave me the skills and tools to deal with situations in the best possible way. Delivery was very clear and professional.
The training was excellent, the theoretical side was very informative and really useful revision. The trainers were superb, informative, good humoured and professional. Great with answering all our questions and providing solutions for particular scenarios.

The course was very informative . This is the third time I have had training but the first time I have gone through the theory. I am now knowledgeable in the theory. Good physical aspects.
