John has been excellent, patient and clear in his instructions. I really enjoyed him sharing his experiences and being honest about how realistic these holds can be. Excellent training. Jack made the training very interesting and engaging. Three day course and I learned a lot even though I have previous training experience. The course is good but I do feel like it repeats its self alot. Shine training should be kept with shine and kept to the minimum with this training i feel this course could be completed in a day . Jonh was very good as an instructor
