I will take away a new way of working , and a new respect for primary intervention strategies and how yhe approach should be focussed on this to reduce the number of behaviours and the likelihood of them even beginning

Jamie and Nigel’s training over the last couple of days really allowed me to understand the importance and how to carry out safe usage of RPI. I particularly found Jamie’s prompts in relation to engaging with us on certain topics, and giving us time to discuss each slide in detail really let me learn more than I had imagined I would. Thanks again to Jamie :)
