Liam is the best trainer I think we could have ever had. He knows how to keep us engaged, whilst learning new skills, techniques and strategies to help keep young people safe in dangerous situations. I will be taking away a bunch of new skills and a constant reminder to believe in said skills.

I’ve really appreciated how well Liam communicates and makes everything so easy to understand. The personal stories and the real life examples Liam shared helped bring the learning to life and make it much easier to relate to. Liam also created such a safe and supportive space where everyone felt comfortable to join in and share their doubts and experiences. It’s made the whole learning experience really positive and enjoyable, thank you for that!

The content of the course was very informative and was taught well by Liam. He allowed each person in the group to contribute and learn in their own personal way.

The trainer “Liam” demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the subject matter and explained even complex topics in a very clear and engaging way. The structure of the training was well thought-out, it combined theory, practical examples, and interactive exercises that made the learning experience dynamic and enjoyable. One of the aspects I valued most was how the trainer encouraged participation and discussion. They created an open, supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and sharing experiences. Their ability to adapt the pace and examples based on participants’ needs showed strong facilitation skills and a genuine commitment to making sure everyone understood the material. Leanne told us this was her first PBS Training I did not believe her because she was extraordinary and taught and coordinated the module for 3 days like she has done it for years ,I understand she operations lead but she was fantastic,she was too good and learned new techniques even though I was experienced in PI. Liam was great, had good ways of explaining the content and able to explain concepts in lots of different ways with personal stories and relevant facts/evidence/research that aided the content. The content was well thought out on slides and not just read from, linked well to the manual given. There were some errors in the manual that differed from the presentations and should be checked. Having a good understanding of primary, secondary and tertiary will be useful to supporting children in my role, especially from a therapist point of view. The course and Liam were considerate of my physical health needs and happy to adapt the course to support me which was great

Good but since it is full time per day, refreshments should be provided.
