Great trainer (Liam), very knowledgeable and well delivered. Day 2 much more relevant for staff working in the community, particularly around the breakaway techniques. All staff should get this training!
Response : Hi Matt, thank you for recommending the training to everyone as it is relevant for everyone in the hospital setting as well as the community. I used a lot of the primary and secondary strategies myself whilst working both in hospital and in the community to really good effect.

Ben really knowledgeable, his teaching is amazing, I have learnt soo many ways to meetings customer's needs and understanding different ways to communicating with clients and not misjudging them.also learnt different techniques of keeping my self and customer's safe and different ways of protecting and identifying when customer's are in danger and call for concern and who to report it.

Great teacher,friendly, put all at ease. Answered questions willingly. Felt I gained useful information and learned more about autism which will help me going forward at work
