Really enjoyable course delivered by a friendly and engaging trainer. It is clear that Ben has a vast amount of knowledge about the subject along with a real enthusiasm and passion to providing safe patient centred care. This added validity to what he taught. His shared experiences also made the subject more relatable. Thanks Ben!
